Summary/Objective摘要/目标
Reporting to the Assistant Accountant Manager, the Costing Accountant is responsible for calculating and controlling the correct products cost. 此成本会计岗位主要负责计算控制正确的产品成本，直接汇报给助理会计经理。
Essential Functions/基本职能
- Responsible for costing maintain in SAP system, eg material master data maintenance, material code/ price, BOM and routing checking.负责在 SAP 系统中维护成本相关数据，包括物料主数据、物料编码/价格、配方投料清单和工艺路线的检查。
- Organize the annual standard cost update and hourly rating review process.组织年度标准成本更新和小时费率审查流程。
- Timely complete month closing on costing module and variance analysis/daily processing order check and monitor.及时完成成本模块的月结工作，并进行差异分析以及检查和监控日常生产工艺定单。
- Release monthly product standard cost in SAP after closing.月度试算完成后，在 SAP 系统中发布当月的产品标准成本。
- Validate and analyze manufacturing processing variances to support product profitability analysis. 验证和分析生产工艺差异，以支持产品盈利能力分析。
- Prepare TP quotation by BU request. 根据各业务部门的需求，准备 TP 报价文件。
- Support SBU on new product cost estimation, simulate the new product cost, in order to support SBU market strategic.协助各业务部进行新产品成本测算，例如模拟新产品成本，以支持各业务部制定市场策略。
- Cost reporting and data analysis. 定期准备成本报告并进行数据分析。
- Perform inventory review-slow moving part. 执行库存审查 - 滞销库存部分。
Required Education and Experience/所需教育和经验
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics or Finance.会计、经济或金融专业本科以上学历。
- 6-8 years’ working experience in the manufacturing industry. 6-8年制造业相关工作经验。
- Profound experience and methods expertise in project controlling (e.g. determining and evaluating cost potentials). 在项目控制方面有丰富的经验和方法（如确定和评估潜在成本）。
- Extensive knowledge of relevant products and process technology and its commercial influencing factors. 对相关产品和生产工艺技术及其业务影响因素有一定的了解。

Preferred Education and Experience/学历和经验优先
- More than 5 years of working experience in both financial accounting and cost accounting within the manufacturing industry is preferred. 5年以上制造业财务会计，成本会计工作经历优先。
- Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking, CET-6 is preferred. 英语读写说熟练，CET6优先。
- Working Area: Shanghai Jinshan Plant. 工作区域上海金山工厂。
