Customer Service Supervisor
Job Description
- Monitor the sales order processing, including export trade and domestic trade, according to the valid price list and based on complete customer data from sales/ technician staff in accordance with the superior and existing rules of the company. Carry out up-to-date filing of correspondence and legal documents e.g. orders, order contracts.根据现行有效的价格表,并遵循上级指示及公司现行规定,结合销售和技术人员提供的详尽客户资料,监督处理销售订单,涵盖出口贸易和国内贸易。确保所有往来信函和法律文件(如订单、合同)的及时归档。
- Order processing in SAP and following up the order delivery status, including return orders following up and second IBC returned orders.在 SAP 系统中执行订单处理,并持续跟踪订单交付状态,包括退货订单的处理以及第二次 IBC 退货订单的跟进。
- Make connection with authority for import/export businesses, incl. Customs, Foreign currency administration bureau, Quarantine, ensure all orders be in line with relevant regulations.与进出口业务相关的政府机构(如海关、外汇管理局、检验检疫部门)保持密切沟通,确保所有订单符合相关法律法规。
- Working together with Finance to follow up the customer’s credit and payment status.与财务部门协作,监控客户的信用状况和付款进度。
- Monitor the export business of bonded warehouse as well as coordinate HK day-to-day order processing.监督保税仓库的出口业务,并协调香港地区的日常订单处理流程。
- Lift the service level gradually. 持续提升客户服务的质量和效率。
Required Education and Experience/所需教育和经验
- Bachelor’s degree 本科及以上学历
- More than 8 years’ working experience, while 2 years leading experience. 至少 8 年相关工作经验,其中包含不少于 2 年的管理经验。
- Chemicals, Trading, logistic background is preferred. 具有化工、贸易或物流行业背景者优先考虑。
- SAP key users in SD is a must. 必须是 SAP 销售模块的关键用户。
